Then you click on the Login at the top menu bar and enter the login and password. Your login name will then be displayed on the top menu bar with a Submit Themes to the right of it. Click on the Submit Themes to go to the Submit form. Or use one of the ThemeMaker Programs that has the WinMobileThemes upload function built in it.
